Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Boone, NC. You will join the Property Management Team and handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and guest-facing maintenance requests.

The role requires reliability, self-motivation, and clear communication. Weekly pay and temp-to-perm opportunities accompany a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems and related maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical components in facilities.
• Knowledge of using power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to respond to guest maintenance requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and perform basic repairs.
• Inspect plumbing and electrical installations and remedy issues.
• Operate and use power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate virtual guest maintenance requests and greet guests.
• Service hot tubs and related spa equipment when required.

Our client in Booneis seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivatedandable to solve problemswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: We have positions in Boone!

Pay Range: $17/hour + with experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What’s the Job?

• Working knowledge of HVAC


• Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up


• Use of Power Tools


• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet


• Be able to service Hot Tubs

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to multitask


• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record


• 3-5 years of related experience


• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated


• Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.
