Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for the first shift in Montgomery, OH. The role offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $22.00 plus a full benefits package.

You will join a team that maintains client facilities, handles maintenance tasks, and supports events with a focus on quality service. The position includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 2+ years of general maintenance craft experience.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
• Must be able to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Craft license or certificate in one trade preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of electrical systems/circuits.
• Perform minor HVAC PMs; replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintain floors, stairs, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Assist with event setup, teardown and movement of chairs, desks and other furniture.
• Assist with installation/repair of equipment.
• Drive Company vehicles for tasks such as snow removal and material pickup.
• Support small project work and on-call tasks.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.

Essential Functions for theFacilities Maintenance Technician I Position:

• Small project work.
• Some weekend, holiday, and on call availability.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.
