Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for a full-time, first-shift role at an educational institution in Montgomery, Ohio (45242). The position offers a wage of $22.00–$26.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Essential duties include minor HVAC PMs, door hardware replacement, floor and wall maintenance, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Trade license or certificate in HVAC, carpentry or electrical preferred.
• Basic computer skills including work orders and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults; replace filters and door hardware.
• Oversee sub-contractor activity, PMs and site audits.
• Operate CMMS work order system and document work performed.
• Handle small projects as assigned.

Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position include:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
• Small project work.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position include:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.
• Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background checks as well as a drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
