Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy loads of 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic work routines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs; track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety; report violations.
