The role involves supporting energy management, ensuring safety regulations compliance, and collaborating with team members to complete work orders efficiently on-site in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads in compliance with safety regulations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Conduct building walk arounds to understand portfolio buildings and layouts.
• Investigate faults, identify causes and remedies.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Ensure corrective/repair works follow current regulations.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
