Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations.
