Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems as part of Engineering and Technical Services. You will deliver reliable, efficient service and support with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, estimating time and materials, supporting energy management, and ensuring compliance with building codes under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience or equivalent education.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (stooping, climbing, lifting 50 lbs).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Support energy management for efficient operation.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
