Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior shift lead or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and CMMS; HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team delivering facilities management and support services.
• Forecast workload, plan deliverables, and coordinate daily activities.
• Collaborate with leaders to resolve conflicting priorities and improve processes.
