The Senior Facilities Technician is primarily responsible for performing general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on both the exterior and interior of buildings, including equipment and systems critical to facility operations. This position ensures the upkeep of facilities in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The role involves hands‑on work with mechanical and electrical equipment, system troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and inventory management, while adhering to established standards and best practices to maintain optimal functionality and reliability.
