Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2-year technical program or 7+ years in building maintenance.
• HVAC equipment, BAS, and building automation systems knowledge.
• Trade licenses (electrical/plumbing/HVAC) as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems including HVAC, chillers, pumps, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Repair electrical components such as switches, fixtures, motors, and cabling; assist in wiring installation.
• Repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters; lawn sprinkler maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors on repairs or projects and provide onsite oversight.
• Perform minor construction such as rehanging doors, drywall repairs, and painting.
• Assist in general building maintenance like installing doors, desks, and locks.
