Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Facilities/Project Management and 8+ years of PM experience.
• Experience with Design-Build and CMAR project delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of design and construction management and occupancy planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects to support BOKF, NA’s business goals and real estate strategies.
• Lead internal stakeholders through design and construction, ensuring ownership priorities are integrated into logistics, sequencing, and consultant management.
• Create and manage project estimates and budgets during the planning phase for all design, construction, relocation, and occupancy activities to ensure successful project delivery to lines of business.
• Oversee the entire selection process for consultants, contractors, and vendors, from preparing RFQs/RFPs to negotiating and executing contracts.
• Lead and coordinate all project phases, ensuring quality and compliance to minimize costs, constraints, and risks.
• Create and oversee project schedules, review contractor schedules for compliance, and address any scheduling issues with recommended solutions.
• Help create and implement workspace standards to improve efficiency and lower occupancy costs.
