Job summary

First Security Bank Bozeman is seeking a Facilities Tech I to help keep our buildings running smoothly and safely. You will assist with maintenance, repairs, and grounds work, under supervision of the Facilities Manager, ensuring essential systems operate correctly.

Responsibilities include safety checks on boilers and HVAC, cleaning and landscaping, and basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical tasks. Requires high school diploma and Montana boiler license within 1 year; valid driver’s license

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency is required.
Valid Montana Boilers License within 1 year of employment is required.
One year of maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work is desirable.
Must have or obtain a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurer.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous service to internal and external customers.
Conduct regular visual structural and security checks; report issues promptly.
Clean and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds; perform snow removal.
Perform safety checks on boilers and air handling systems; ensure proper operation.
Monitor equipment and report problems; stay current with maintenance software.
Perform maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Familiarize with robbery recovery procedures and bank safety protocols.
Design and build simple bank equipment as needed.
Move desks and furniture; rearrange partitions as required.
Provide back-up in ordering janitorial, kitchen, and maintenance supplies.
Assist branch locations as time allows; maintain regular attendance.
