Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and repair our buildings, grounds, and equipment across multiple locations. The role emphasizes hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and safety compliance.

You will perform preventative and emergency repairs, coordinate with vendors, and support our mission to keep facilities safe and well-maintained. Travel and lifting requirements apply as needed, with a focus on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience with general maintenance.
• Certification/license in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing fields or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and security systems.
• Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CDL is preferred or willing to receive one.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance for buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide preventative maintenance to equipment, buildings, and grounds in a timely and consistent manner.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment, buildings, and grounds while managing other tasks on the schedule.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors to complete repairs or maintenance of specialized equipment.
• Coordinate with Vendor Management for updating vendor information.
• Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes.
