Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing, inspection, implementation, and upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems.
• Performs routine manufacturer-specified maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, and handles minor repairs like bulb replacements and leaks.
• Ensures high-traffic areas remain safe and free of debris, hazards, snow, and ice.
• Manages distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between locations or storage.
• Performs daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear, nurse call systems, utility panels, and communication systems following safety codes.
