The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience with commercial building systems, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and proficiency with Corrigo, Word, and Excel. This is a day shift with potential for conversion to a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) while remaining multi-skilled.
• Record readings, adjust settings, and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Use Corrigo for work orders and document maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor maintenance quality and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records using Corrigo, Word, and Excel.
