Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Computer literacy for record-keeping and work orders (Corrigo, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems to keep building operations running reliably.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area while staying multi-skilled across other systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to support HVAC and related equipment performance.
• Record readings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure equipment operates properly and efficiently.
• Use Corrigo for work orders and maintain accurate documentation while coordinating with contractors and monitoring maintenance quality and pricing.
