Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of related experience and a strong command of fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, with an emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of seven listed specialties and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Investigates building systems and documents operational data.
• Prepares recommendations for system improvements and maintenance programs.
• Leads installations and upgrades to facilities systems under supervision.
