Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital seeks an Engineering/Maintenance Technician I to investigate building systems, document data, and propose improvements. You will act as a technical leader on system installations and upgrades under supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and engineers.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of related experience and a strong command of fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, with an emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of seven listed specialties and applicable codes.

This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.

Salary Range:

Minimum 28.90/hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
