The role requires proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues and collaboration with the Facility Maintenance

Qualifications

• Regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
• Change filters on all required machinery and equipment.
• Address breakdowns and perform repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in emergency response planning and be on-call for urgent maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager and the team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Certifications such as HVAC, OSHA, or electrical licenses preferred.
