Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–5 years building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other maintenance equipment.
• English proficiency for communication and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, controls, motors, and related components.
• Install and maintain electrical panels and related equipment.
• Perform switchgear maintenance and component replacement.
• Maintain and document using CMMS and engineering drawings.
• Support regulatory and accreditation requirements (Joint Commission, State Fire Marshal).
• Communicate status and issues with facilities leadership and stakeholders.
