Job summary

P1 Service, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support operations across hospital facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–5 years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, heating, electrical, or related.
• Ability to identify wiring colors and codes.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety).
• Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests with professional interaction with staff.
• Support corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with system shutdowns, emergency repairs, and safety compliance activities.
• Document findings, report deficiencies, and participate in safety meetings and trainings.
