Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Facilities Process Specialist to optimize facilities processes, tools, and training across multiple sites including St. Augustine, FL. You will lead change management, develop training materials, and ensure successful rollouts while partnering with site facilities teams and IT.

The role emphasizes UAT, documentation, and user support to drive operational excellence and a consistent employee experience across NGAS facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Construction Management, Operations Research, Engineering, (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical), Computer Science, MIS, or a relevant field with 5 Years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years; OR a PhD with 1 year.
• Strong skills in process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable training diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize facilities processes, procedures and workflows.
• Monitor key metrics and feedback from sites to identify gaps & opportunities.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, configuration changes, testing, and rollout of tool enhancements and new features
• Change Management: Design and execute structured change management plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployments and adoption.
