Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Nine years of relevant experience including leadership of facility technical systems and a technical team.
- Valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, lead, and implement diverse technical systems to improve building function.
- Manage two Building Automation Systems: Honeywell and Automated Logic.
- Lead departmental programs including eSight Utility Management and electronic utility metering.
- Oversee maintenance programs and data coordination for large building automation & controls systems.
