Kansas State University is seeking a senior role in facilities technology to diagnose, lead, and implement diverse technical systems across campus buildings. The position centers on Building Automation Systems (BAS) including Honeywell and Automated Logic to enhance reliability and efficiency.
The role oversees programs such as eSight Utility Management, metering, fire protection controls, and data-driven maintenance coordination.
As technology becomes increasingly vital to facility operations, this role will diagnose, lead, and implement diverse technical systems to improve building function. Primary responsibilities include managing two distinct, proprietary Building Automation Systems (BAS): Honeywell and Automated Logic. Beyond BAS operations, the role will also lead key departmental programs, including eSight Utility Management, electronic utility metering, oversight of the university's fire protection control systems, and leadership of the Maintenance Program Coordinator (special projects and data).
