Job summary

Kentucky State University is seeking a Building Automation and HVAC Systems Manager to oversee the operation and management of the University's HVAC control systems and building automation. The role involves ensuring system efficiency, supervising staff, and coordinating maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of building codes, as well as energy management systems. This is a full-time, on-campus position based in Frankfort, KY.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with commercial building automation systems and energy management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the University's Building Automation System (BAS) and HVAC control systems.
• Implements maintenance programs for building automation and HVAC systems.
• Analyzes operational data to improve system performance.
