Job summary

Maddox PRO is seeking a dependable Facilities Support team member to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across our Washington campuses. This on-site role supports offices, retail spaces, and events, ensuring safe, functional work areas for staff and guests.

Ideal candidates work independently, communicate well, and hold a valid driver's license for site-to-site travel. Two shifts are available; compensation includes a full benefits package and an hourly rate of $18–$22 USD.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between sites.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties at multiple Maddox buildings (offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces).
• Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
