Madix, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of our building facilities and grounds, ensuring safety, reliability, and clean, efficient workplaces.

You will lead maintenance schedules, manage the facilities budget, and coordinate with vendors for services and supplies. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in facilities management and at least five years of leadership experience, with strong project management and communication skills to drive sustainability

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
