The role requires a bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years in facility management, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, MAU, RAU, scrubbers, etc.).
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for facility systems.
• Plan, coordinate and manage facility improvement projects with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor energy consumption and waste management; report on efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance.
