Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Jeffersonville, IN facility. You will support, maintain, and optimize electrical infrastructure across cell and energy storage production lines to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include power distribution management, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety/compliance with NEC/OSHA. Collaboration with facility staff and vendors is essential in a fast-growing, high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of facility management or building systems maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, controls and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructure across cell and energy storage production areas.
• Troubleshoot power distribution, production equipment, and control panels.
• Create preventive maintenance plans and ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, document reports, and train staff on procedures.
• Monitor energy use and identify reliability improvements.
