Job summary

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to support different shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree with one year of related experience or high school diploma/GED with two years of related experience required.
• Post secondary education preferred.
• Experience in environmental services, healthcare support services, or a related operational field is required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational leadership to ensure a clean, safe, patient-centered environment; direct daily activities and staffing; support onboarding and training.
• Coordinate services with internal customers, vendors, and crossfunctional partners to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Assist in hiring processes and workforce planning; represent leadership during assigned shifts while supervisors retain final decision-making authority.
