Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support a leading global financial institution. The role is primarily based onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with regular weekly travel to Newport Beach, CA.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee work orders, and monitor facility budgets to ensure a safe, productive environment. The candidate should have 5+ years in facilities or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Coupa and budgeting tools.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional facilities, property management, or operations experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, property management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers in a corporate office setting.
  • Strong work order management experience with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Confidence communicating professionally with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams in meetings and over the phone.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Coupa and budgeting tools such as Adaptive Planning and/or Workday is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong organizational skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters across Los Angeles and Newport Beach office locations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including service delivery, performance tracking, and contract compliance.
  • Coordinate and oversee work order management, ensuring requests are completed accurately and within established service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, landlords, service providers, and internal teams through meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
  • Review facilities data, track key performance metrics, and provide updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor facility expenses, budgets, and invoicing processes, including utilization of tools such as Coupa and budgeting platforms.
  • Support workplace operations, preventive maintenance programs, and office services to ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Drive projects and operational initiatives to completion while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
