CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations for a large onsite facility in Victorville, combining manufacturing and office space. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance to deliver an outstanding workplace experience.

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you willbe embedded onsite with our client in Victorville, serving as a key partner inthe management and operation of a 520,000-square-foot facility that includesboth manufacturing and office space.
In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure the facilityoperates safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering an exceptionalworkplace experience for the client and its employees. You'll collaborateclosely with client stakeholders, vendors, and maintenance teams to overseeday-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and supportthe performance of critical building systems and infrastructure.
This position is part of CBRE's Facilities Managementfunction, where you'll play a vital role in managing facility operations,maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, and strategic initiatives thatsupport the client's business objectives and long-term success.
California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $128,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
