Job summary

Wiwynn is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to support the reliability, maintenance, and operational readiness of facility infrastructure within our manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with the Facility Manager to strengthen facility reliability and ensure infrastructure systems operate efficiently to support uninterrupted production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, facilities management or related field preferred.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the facilities maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of building systems and infrastructure.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor facility performance and maintenance response times to minimize disruptions and improve uptime.
• Assist Facility Manager with maintenance strategies, reliability initiatives, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Review and assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
