United Fidelity Bank seeks a Facilities Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance across the bank’s locations, oversee vendor contracts, and coordinate facility projects.
The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and general repairs, with travel between in-state sites and occasional out-of-state trips; requires strong communication and leadership.

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activity involving the maintenance of the buildings/facilities. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships to include contracts, agreements, proposals, and bids as well as coordinate and assist with projects throughout the entire UFB footprint. The incumbent will also oversee and perform general maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, lighting, grounds keeping, plumbing, and HVAC at the bank’s various locations. This includes all maintenance activities related to preventative, predictive, corrective, and new installations.
Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. Will be exposed to constant activities that require balancing, standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads (up to 50 pounds unassisted), climbing stairs and ladders. Ladder climbing at the heights below or at 12ft.
Typical office environment. Monday through Friday work week. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Extended viewing of computer screens. Regular travel required.
