Taos Pueblo CMS in Taos, NM is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to organize daily maintenance across tribal buildings, grounds, and structures. The role reports to the Facility Manager and requires coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relations.

The position requires an Associate degree in construction management or a related trade, plus supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree in construction management or related trade with 1 year of progressive maintenance or construction experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license and ability to meet Pueblo liability insurance requirements.
• Must pass drug test, physical, and background check; no felonies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of tribal buildings, landscape, and structures.
• Maintain optimum staffing levels and supervise facilities staff.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Oversee repair work, manage invoices and paperwork for projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and on-call emergencies 24/7.
• Ensure safety and security of personnel and facilities, including safety devices.
