Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is hiring Maintenance Associates to support projects and improvements across our New Mexico centers. You will help maintain facilities, perform minor repairs, and assist with systems like HVAC and electrical equipment, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires a high school degree and basic carpentry, wiring, and plumbing know-how. Travel between sites is expected with travel reimbursement provided; on-call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between work sites (travel reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Support facility improvements, renovations, repairs, and enhanced comfort at NM nursing centers.
• Carry, lift, and stock supplies; assist with basic electrical equipment, sprinklers, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
