Job summary

Snoqualmie Indian Tribe seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance across tribal facilities and grounds. You will direct daily operations, manage budgets, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Public-facing role emphasizes strong communication, hands-on maintenance skills, and a commitment to community well-being. Remote/hybrid arrangements may be considered under policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities or engineering with five+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising vendors, budgeting, and managing maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of building, preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of facilities, custodial, and grounds maintenance programs.
• Develop and monitor work plans and budgets; track expenses and report variances.
• Prepare POs and solicit bids from outside contractors; supervise staff.
• Provide hands-on leadership in carpentry, plumbing, mechanical troubleshooting, and minor electrical.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant facilities; respond to emergencies and on-call needs.
