Job summary

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities-related maintenance operations, organize schedules, assign work, and supervise staff under the direction of the Senior Director. The role covers a wide range of campus maintenance duties across the district in San Diego County.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in maintenance management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school supplemented by two years of college coursework in business or a related field.
• Four years increasingly responsible related maintenance experience including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities-related maintenance operations and activities.
• Organizes, schedules, assigns, and reviews maintenance work.
• Supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff.
