Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead building maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial and related teams. You will plan daily work, manage vendors, and ensure safety, reliability and cost control to support operations.

You will supervise staff, review PM schedules, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams for site improvements.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple work groups and coach staff.
• Plan daily/weekly work and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial, dock levelers, and roll-up doors.
• Review work orders and preventive maintenance schedules; ensure documentation.
