Job summary

• Plan, schedule, assign and participate in skilled and semi-skilled work on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Inspect facilities to identify deficiencies in structures, systems and equipment.
• Review blueprints, codes and safety procedures to solve problems during work.
• Estimate material and supply costs for maintenance and construction projects.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for estimates and budget adherence.
• Train, supervise and evaluate assigned staff; schedule and review work.
