Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical maintenance and building automation system experience required.
• Healthcare maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience managing a maintenance team and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Facilities team and mentor staff.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency management needs.
• Identify and quote facility capital and repair projects for the hospital system.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for mechanical and electrical systems across facilities.
• Coordinate with Construction on facilities tasks for projects and turnover.
