Job summary

Howard Head Sports Medicine is seeking a Supervisor – Facilities in Vail, CO. The role oversees the Facilities Department’s Team Leads, Technicians, and Specialists, mentoring staff and driving growth while maintaining a safe, efficient environment within the healthcare system.

You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, manage emergencies, and coordinate capital projects, while aligning with hospital policies and life safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical maintenance and building automation system experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing a maintenance team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the facilities team including onboarding, training reviews, performance management, and task assignments while upholding Vail Health values.
• Utilize HVAC and MEP expertise to advise on maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs for mechanical and electrical systems across facilities.
• Coordinate with the Construction Team on projects and post-construction turnover to Facilities.
• Ensure compliance with policy requirements (MOP, ICRA, ILSM, SOP, IFU) and mandatory tasking for Life Safety.
