Vail Health is seeking a Supervisor – Facilities in Vail, CO. The role oversees the Facilities Department’s team leads, technicians, and specialists, serving as a technical mentor and enabling growth and safe operations across the healthcare system.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, training, performance management, and ensuring SOPs and life-safety standards are followed. HVAC/MEP expertise and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical maintenance and building automation system experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing a maintenance team preferred.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the team, including onboarding, training reviews, performance management, and delegating Facility Department tasks.
• Advise on maintenance, repair, and related activities using HVAC/MEP expertise.
• Mentor technicians and manage ongoing training and growth opportunities.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance and emergency management.
