Qualifications

• 5 years of technical maintenance experience required.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare facilities required.
• Building automation system (BAS) experience preferred.
• Experience leading a maintenance team or managing projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance activities for assigned facilities, reviewing work orders and coordinating staff.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and Facilities team members during maintenance, repairs, and project work.
• Apply advanced HVAC and MEP knowledge to perform hands‑on maintenance tasks and support compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Identify technical skill gaps within the Facilities team and recommend training opportunities to strengthen overall team capability.
• Assist Supervisors in developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work follows policies and procedures, including MOP, ICRA, ILSM, SOP, and IFU guidelines.
• Communicate proactively with team members and leadership, providing updates on work status and timelines.
