Job summary

Century Casinos Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for our Caruthersville property. The role leads Facilities-Maintenance staff on shift and ensures the casino environment meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.

The position requires oversight of regulatory compliance, staff training, and cost-conscious management of department budgets and resources. A Level 2 Missouri Gaming license and a valid CDL Class C with passenger endorsement are required.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience in the maintenance and cleaning of a large working facility or plant operation preferred.
• Sound technical understanding and experience with building systems, maintenance trades, and tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming license and a valid Commercial Driver’s license, Class C with passenger endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities-Maintenance on shift to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies and alcohol controls.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; monitor staffing and control costs.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations, budgeting, inventory, and coordination with other departments.
