Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in Gaming with at least a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent Management work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain Valid Gaming license.
• Must complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee casino floor operations and monitor slot machines, player activity and attendants to ensure smooth operation.
• Verify jackpots, pay jackpots, and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Schedule staffing levels to provide optimum service while controlling costs.
• Hire, train and develop slot team members and supervise performance on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls; maintain guest relations and safety.
