Job summary

St Jo Frontier Casino in Saint Joseph, MO seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep, supervise maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff, and train team members.

You will enforce safety, fire, and health regulations, manage inventory, and maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and employees; knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS is required. Must obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License and a valid driver's license.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
• Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication, and supervision skills.
• Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
• Must have a valid driver's license

SKILLS

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
