Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis and Southaven seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead campus maintenance, inspections, and project execution. You will manage a team of technicians across mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, driving cost efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities management, a HS diploma or higher, and a background in building automation or asset management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dust collectors, etc.).
• Direct a team of facility technicians across trades.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure safety procedures and report unsafe acts to supervisor.
