Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a maintenance professional to perform preventative and routine maintenance across all casino facilities.
The role requires handling HVAC, alarm systems, generators, and a variety of trades including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Candidates should have 2+ years in commercial facility maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a non-gaming license.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; some technical training preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial facility.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as required by state gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance of Live! Casino facilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC, alarm systems, and generators.
- Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
- Ensure safety and security of guests and team members.
- Maintain, repair and replace gaming table layouts.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery; handle chemicals; use ladders, forklift.
- Maintain a pleasant, welcoming attitude and be knowledgeable about facility offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
