Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education, experience, and technical certifications.
• 5+ years' experience in a Facilities leadership role.
• Mechanical and Electrical Hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and experience in current warehouse system controls, e.g., WMS, WCS, BMS.
• Experience in a Distribution facility.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage all facilities related activities through CMMS.
• Coach facility technicians in the proper use of CMMS.
• Prioritize work orders and track time and costs.
• Leverage CMMS scheduling to manage maintenance and parts inventory.
• Develop CMMS-based reports (e.g., technician productivity, uptime).
• Oversee contractors for conveyors, building services, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and janitorial.
• Manage facilities personnel: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan and schedule repairs and renovations with cost estimates, layouts, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
